Promotions Announcement
Pascal has been promoted to VP of Marketing and Business Development. This promotion reflects the tremendous impact he has had on PICA’s growth and visibility. Pascal has done an outstanding job elevating our marketing efforts, strengthening our brand, and helping position PICA in key markets. His ability to connect strategy with execution has played a big role in driving new opportunities and supporting our overall growth.

Derek has transitioned from Director of Global Quality to Senior Director of Operations and Quality. He will continue leading quality across all PICA entities, and in addition, will take on a broader role supporting both new and existing complex programs in Malaysia. Derek will work closely with our production and engineering teams in Malaysia, lead the development of a global quoting system, help shape our operational and quality processes across all PICA entities, and focus on business operations to identify where our capabilities, structure, and resources can be strengthened.
