Farewell and Best Wishes to Janet Shi
After 17 remarkable years of dedicated service, we are announcing that Janet Shi will be moving on from PICA Manufacturing Solution China to begin a new chapter.
Since joining us in 2009, Janet has been an integral part of our organization. For nearly two decades, they have served as a Program Manager (PCB), guiding some of our most complex and critical initiatives from conception to successful completion. Their strategic vision, meticulous planning, and unwavering commitment to excellence have left an indelible mark on our company.
Beyond their impressive professional contributions, Janet has been a mentor, a trusted colleague, and a steady hand during periods of change and growth. Many of us have benefited from their wisdom, patience, and their unique ability to turn a challenge into a well-executed plan.
Seventeen years is a lifetime in today’s business world, and it is a testament to Janet’s character and dedication that they have spent it with us. The programs they built and the teams they led will continue to benefit our company for years to come.
