This June, PICA Manufacturing Solutions held its Global Summit, bringing together team members from China, Southeast Asia, Europe, and across the United States. The summit provided an opportunity for our global teams to review company progress, discuss recent changes, and align on future priorities.
Throughout the event, leaders and team members presented updates across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Management. Discussions focused on what has been working well, where improvements are needed, and how each department can continue supporting the company’s growth.
