Our journey began in 1995 through a strategic partnership with M-Flex, providing engineering and sales support for flexible circuits. Over the next three decades, PICA evolved from a flex specialist into a global electronics manufacturing force—expanding our reach, capabilities, and commitment to our customers at every stage.

Some key milestones highlight our continued evolution:

• 2006: Opened our Asia sourcing office, expanding our global footprint early.

• 2016: Acquired Nel-Tech Labs, which became PICA Product Development, adding NPI manufacturing and design capabilities.
• 2019: Established PMS Malaysia, reinforcing our dedication to competitive, high-quality manufacturing in Southeast Asia.
• 2025: Expanding further into Europe and Texas—meeting our customers where they are and where they’re headed.
