Chief Financial Officer & Human Resources
As CFO, Lindsay is tasked with managing the financial activities and objectives of all PICA entities. This involves collaborating with the executive team to assist with strategic business decisions. She also manages human resources, including the employee hiring process, which entails candidate selection, onboarding, and developing and managing the employee benefit packages. Maintaining compliance with state and federal employment laws is another important part of this process.
Lindsay has enjoyed expanding roles and responsibilities since joining PICA in 2010. She started as an Account Manager, then Director of Finance and Administration, and assumed the CFO role in 2020. Throughout all of this, Lindsay says the PICA team has remained a network of support, trust, and knowledge. The company culture is one that espouses common goals, teamwork, and positivity, and while everyone works hard, they also have a lot of fun together.
Lindsay received a BS from Quinnipiac University and an MBA from Northeastern University. She and her husband love spending time with family, and with three young children they get lots of it! Her weekends are usually filled with activities and traveling.
